DPF CLEANING PRODUCTS WITHOUT DISASSEMBLY OF THE DPF FILTER
Contemporary diesel engines are all equipped with a particulate filter DPF which ensures that the emission of harmful exhaust gases will be reduced. Increasingly problems arise in the exhaust system, where the DPF filter is the cause. This can occur, because the conditions of use are so unfavorable that the filter becomes full of soot. Usually the cause is the engine management, the engine itself, the turbo or various sensors of the DPF filter. But defective or contaminated injectors, a contaminated EGR valve, the use of different diesel fuels and driving short distances can also be the cause of problems with the DPF filter.
The problems only arise when the filter reaches a certain saturation over time. As a result, the flow of the remaining exhaust gases is obstructed, which of course has a direct influence on the engine power. If the amount of captured soot particles exceeds a certain value, the system will automatically start the regeneration process. This process is only started when the engine is at operating temperature, the speed is at least 80 kilometers and the engine is running at around 2,000 rotation per minute. It happens more and more that the DPF system is not able to start the regeneration after which the DPF light comes on. The DPF filter is now full of soot and the system is no longer able to regenerate.
A clogged DPF filter does not always mean that it has to be replaced immediately. In many cases cleaning is, when a regeneration is no longer possible, a simple and customer-friendly solution.

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the special XERAMIC® Pressure Cup Spray Gun with XERAMIC® Premium Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner 1 Liter.
